Reimbursement for transactions processed through the Mastercard payment scheme is handled by your acquirer (usually your bank), like any other transaction involving a Mastercard card and in accordance with the terms of your contract.
Transactions processed through the Edenred scheme are reimbursed directly by Edenred.
