How long does it take to get my refund?

The refund of the transactions recorded with the Edenred card is made automatically within 5 working days, by bank transfer.

The refund of paper vouchers is also made by bank transfer, depending on the date of receipt of the vouchers. Simply return the vouchers to us together with the return form completed, dated and signed remittance slip.
