Edenred scheme
Transactions recorded via the Edenred scheme will be reimbursed to the bank account specified in the contract within five working days, less the percentage of service fee agreed at the time of signing the contract.
Mastercard scheme
Transactions recorded via the Mastercard scheme will be reimbursed by your acquirer (generally your bank), in accordance with the terms of your contract. Edenred will then invoice you for service fee. Please pay your invoices by the due date shown.
